SeedBorn | Transferring Epona to a New File @SeedBorn | Uploaded 6 years ago | Updated 54 minutes ago
This is a fact which I believe is known to some glitch hunters but not widely appreciated: when Epona is stored, you only load into a map on her if you have Epona's Song. If you *don't* have the song, Epona will remain stored. This means that it's possible to store her using an owl save, as I do in this video, and keep her stored as you begin a new file. I show here that if you play through the new file up until the point where you can obtain Epona's Song, you'll be on Epona the next time you load an area.
