The Sun is a harsh mistress.
"Helios" is the third track from the EP "Between Worlds". Featuring eight-string guitar, a sax quartet, an "epic tom" ensemble and some very strange tonalities and rhythms, this exploration of the Orchestra's darker side is one of the most ambitious pieces I've ever written.
Transcendental Orchestra is an experimental solo project from Leonard "L-Train" Hume, an instrumental symphonic metal prog neo-Romantic jazz fusion eclectic virtual behemoth of an ensemble.
(I already posted the full EP as a single video but some people requested the individual tracks as separate videos so here we are.)
