I'll be honest, I love those pictures of the River Bridge as seen in 'Thomas goes Fishing'. It just looks beautiful. That served as the main inspiration really, along with vague memories of real rivers and attempting to capture... Well... a timeless feeling... Wind in the Willows sums it up, because there's "nothing better than messing about in boats"!
