Welcome to another video from Stockholm, the capital city of Sweden. In today's video we take a look at the Roslagsbanan light rail network emanating north from the small terminus station of Stockholm Östra (Stockholm East).
Also included at the beginning is a Tunnelbanan Red line service arriving at Tekniska högskolan metro station underneath the light rail station.
Trains featuring in this video are a mixture of the old ABB X10p stock dating from the late 1980s, and their new replacement X15p sets built by Stadler, which entered service on the line at the end of 2023.
I didn't stay at this station for too long as torrential rain soon followed but I still thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would recommend a visit to this characterful line if you're visiting Stockholm - the X10p sets won't be around for long.
