The third Traditional Owner Seagrass Grant Forum marked an important milestone.

Over three years, Traditional Owner groups have strengthened capability, built partnerships, and led seagrass mapping and monitoring on their Sea Country.
The impact is clear:
- Stronger organisational and technical capability
- 200+ people involved in training and knowledge exchange
- Indigenous-led seagrass nurseries in operation
- Baseline data collected across all project sites
- Cultural knowledge increasingly integrated with western scientific monitoring.

This work is led by Traditional Owners, designed and delivered in line with their knowledge, priorities and connection to Country.
