This week we are taking on a huge stone rebuild at our DIY cottage renovation in Ireland. We are giving stone masonry a go!!
After replacing the lintels last time, it's time to learn how to hand cut and dress stone, and tie this wall back together!
Living in rural Ireland, when you are remote, finding trades with the skill ands time to do certain old traditional building techniques can be a challenge. With us needing to get on with the build quickly we decided to learn a new skill. This is how it went...
