So today I am showing you how to track your blood glucose levels. I did this after HIIT exercises, this was a good result. I will also be showing you more results soon, as I will be experimenting with, fasting, exercise, after eating, before eating, and more.
Blood glucose tracking is a good idea because it is a cheap, and easy way to test it at home in just a couple of minutes.
Blood glucose can be the start of many diseases, including Diabetes, dementia, and CANCER!
