Rather than going down to break the cage and then climbing back up the vines, burn just the web to the right then with precise aim target the underground bombling, and stand above the other web. The boomerang withe the bombling will track you underground and explode on the ceiling of where you're standing, blowing up the cage.
This saves about 4 seconds over the other method with a two handed vine grab (youtu.be/7v11Ev_amzU?t=2916)

The Snowpeak Messenger Skip, commonly referred to as blind snowboarding, is possible on the Wii version by using Keese trapped in the boomerang for the LJA (as opposed to a simple Boomerang LJA).
Unlike on the Gamecube version, the rupees, keese, and ice barriers remain loaded.
Saves 10-15s over fighting the Shadow Beasts depending on how quickly you can round up all the keese (this example is rather slow, but I didnt get the attention of the furthest one).
