A bunch of people have been trying this for ages.
Allows you to get up to the second floor of Snowpeak without bombs, which saves time for the rusl AD TD route, making it the fastest maybe?
Another success: youtu.be/9BlV4VVb9PY
And on GZ for data info:
On GZ without iron boots: youtu.be/cDVY8gGXXR4
On GZ without iron boots again: youtu.be/wpSACNoFy3M
On GZ without iron boots again again: youtu.be/r_nSK__gNTc
Asxce on GZ without boots: youtube.com/watch?v=n1yS3OKVpBY
On GZ using the exact same position for 6 mins, great reference (failed lots, got it a bunch): youtu.be/ZSFkb6-Bjr8
ALSO WORK WITH MOONBOOTS, SETUP ISH: youtu.be/ztJ31Ld8wDc
This video uses a precise LJA followed by pressing Iron Boots when above the wall to boost up. No inputs other than that! Yet to replicate (or try for that matter)
I noticed from a clip I posted earlier in discord that after getting ejected from the ledge (which I had a 5 frame window to release, but I didn't release myself I got ejected) there were 2 frames where I had normal input
so I figured press boots there maybe
my lineups:
- right foot centered over tiny black line, the right line out of a small pair
- move back until you're almost at the edge, leave some room between his right foot and the edge otherwise you'll fall off the edge when aiming
- c-up and look up then turn until the second heart is aligned how I had it aligned, kinda pointing to part of the snow on the ceiling
- toss gale instantly and LJA asap
- mash boots like no tomorrow
Tried to make a setup, it sucks: youtu.be/cSG-uevGMok
Some close fails to compare with: youtu.be/gGiQ9yK9bX4
This should work if you clip in like I've been getting, but I don't think we should give up on the other methods we were trying
pokemongenius figured it out with moonboots (force unequipping boots to get extra height, this way: youtube.com/watch?v=6XbphPVdT0Y) but it turned out that moonboots this way is only possible when you have jumpstrike.
He then figured out another way with a 1 frame ledge drop into roll into boots pull, which is yet to be confirmed by someone else and we think it might only have worked due to the cheat he was using ('input buffering'), link here:
We kept trying different ways, then Gymnast86 got it this way on HD: youtube.com/watch?v=DVbv2bAgtm8
While fantastic, this didn't 100% prove that it was doable on Gamecube (but we were all sure it would be due to how close we were getting): youtube.com/watch?v=DVbv2bAgtm8
Some other close attempts by taka and asxce and I: youtube.com/watch?v=l5Gl4pqJqWs, more links soon
YAYYYYYYY
Will write a better description explaining this (and hopefully other methods, we got so close so many different ways) once I can replicate it.

![TP: Snowpeak Messenger Skip with Keese LJA [Wii]
Awsumis epic keese lja: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gA2eJ7mn9zc
The Snowpeak Messenger Skip, commonly referred to as blind snowboarding, is possible on the Wii version by using Keese trapped in the boomerang for the LJA (as opposed to a simple Boomerang LJA).
Unlike on the Gamecube version, the rupees, keese, and ice barriers remain loaded.
Saves 10-15s over fighting the Shadow Beasts depending on how quickly you can round up all the keese (this example is rather slow, but I didnt get the attention of the furthest one).
