This is a quick video showing how to balance all the cells in a hybrid battery. This is a very important step in reconditioning and must be performed before attempting to start the vehicle. Otherwise many errors will occur and the car will not enter into ready mode or start.

This will equalize all the cell voltages in 24 hours.
