This is a quick visual video of what the flap actuator Motors look like in a 2007 - 2011 Toyota Camry that has problems with the recirculation not functioning correctly. This video shows a common problem with the broken recirc flap motor that prevents the AC from cooling properly. The air conditioning is only allowing hot outside air in to be cooled. This was on a 2009 Camry Hybrid, but probably also affects all other camry models between 07 - 11.
