Ah, yes, Tower RE. I have played this hack. In fact, I made videos of it, but that was like... AGES ago (lol, no, I meant a lot of years).
In here, you as Luigi, make your way up to the tower, I think it's named RE, but I dunno... Anyway, you make your way up to the last floor of 21, but each floor gives Luigi a different challenge, like lots of enemies, lots of platforming, lots of obstacles, levels underwater, levels with reverse control scheme (like Donkey Kong Country 3) and a mix of any or all of the challenges/levels above on later floors.
On the last two floors, however, there's something kind of unique (at the time the hack was released, at least), with the boss of the tower waiting for you on the last floor who is... Wait, you? Wow...
So yeah, this hack is pretty nice. One of the best at the time of its release, and I dare to say that it aged pretty well, twenty years later.
