TOUR OF THE SCRAP EXCHANGE, DURHAM, NC 2025
The Scrap Exchange is a nonprofit organization focusing heavily on creative reuse, with a mission to promote creativity, environmental awareness & community through reuse -- since 1991!!
Hey, everybody! You may sometimes hear me mention "the Scrap Exchange" in my videos. I get the occasional comment or email from viewers wondering what the Scrap Exchange looks like. I thought I would do a little tour, just to show you what the inside of the Scrap Exchange looks like. I live in the same city as The Scrap Exchange, and I have been shopping at the Scrap Exchange for over 30 years. I have worked there two different times in the past. I donate. I round up to support. What a wonderful resource the Scrap Exchange is! I hope you enjoy this tour. The place is huge, and there is a whole different store from the building I visited: they also have a thrift shop called Scrap Thrift. There are so many areas here where I could've dug deeper into the merchandise, but I think you'll get the point.
My favorite glue: amzn.to/401Mv7M
Thank you so much for watching! I appreciate all of you! Remember to like and subscribe!
