Back to the stream runs for my least favourite deck type currently - Cold Cirno! This got reworked a while ago and regrettably is far more flawed than it ever was before. She feels very similar to the old Sakuya in a way, where she is critically dependant on one (of two) singular card to even function, let alone thrive. If you get them, great! If not... well half of her cardpool is now nearly useless. Have fun!
