Stage wise it's not too bad, so long as you know what you're dealing with. The biggest thing is some enemies will show up in surprising zones or with oddly fast patterns that can catch you off guard (the ones early on that spawn near the bottom come to mind). They're more of a blind-run killer than anything though, since their attacks aren't terribly threatening once you know what they're about to do.
Marisa's a little tricky in that she'll throw some stuff at you that can catch you off guard if you're not ready for it (a common pattern with these bosses). Remember to misdirect her Master Spark spell to prevent trouble, and also that her options explode when shot on her 3rd spell.
Reimu opens up with some particularly nasty spells (her opening and 2nd non-spell I think are the worst ones). But soon as you get past them, the rest are fairly self explanatory. The first attack comes at you surprisingly hard and fast, the second however requires you to quickly keep track of attacks coming at you from all directions.
Sakuya loves indirect attacks, so you're gonna have to move around a lot more with her compared to the rest. The streaming on her first spell card's the biggest thing to remember, but also keep in mind how her knives rebound off the walls on her first two non-spells and 2nd spell card.
Youmu's got some oddball attacks, but nothing too obtuse (trying to keep on her when she moves around is a big one). Biggest thing to keep in mind is her third non-spell where you definitely don't want to take that attack head on. Instead you're better off zipping around the field avoiding each blast completely.
Yuuka's an odd one cause she has some of the easiest non-spells of the bunch, but then staggers them with spell cards with very tight gaps, or attacks that force you to keep track all around you. She's not too bad once you get into it, but her fight is an odd difficulty curve of surprising highs and lows.
Biggest thing to keep in mind about Reisen is just what she pulled off back in IN, namely her signature attack of making bullets temporarily fade out and you having to zip through them soon as they do.
