_Beautiful Stalker of Hell_
Hisami's kind of an odd one to play as, but that's mainly cause she's a sort of wide range homing character, but her attacks home in on enemies differently than others. Her main shot is tight and her options similarly fire in a straight line as well, but whenever there's something on the screen, those options are gonna pull away from her and start chasing them down.
It's different, but it still makes it so Hisami falls into the same problem other homing characters have. She spreads the love too much, and can often end up targeting and damaging things you'd rather she didn't when you're trying to hit a more important target.
Her charge shots do kind of mitigate this a bit (and you'll be using them a lot as a result). They're simple, but effective. Level 1 just makes your shots stronger for a bit, and similarly her Level 2 makes them even stronger, and lasts for a longer period as well. So while your options may be off doing their own thing, constantly using your charge shots will get them to tear through whatever they're targeting so they can quickly get to more pressing targets.
