It's the beginning of a new year once again, and that means one thing; Fukubukuro! Japanese lucky bags appear every year on 1st January. Japanese retailers sell mystery lucky bags or 'Fukubukuro' (Japanese: 福袋) filled with the years excess stock, at a heavily discounted price. There has been so much demand in recent years for the Pokemon Lucky Bag, Starbucks, and even Ghibli Lucky bag / Ghibli Fukubukuro.
I bought two Japanese Lucky Bags from Japan, this first one is an Anime Lucky Bag / Anime Fukubukuro. In this Lucky Bag I find items from Studio Ghibli (ジブリ福袋) including Totoro (!), Yo Kai Watch (怪ウォッチ), Dragonball (ドラゴンボール 福袋) and so much more, even Snack World! スナックワールド 福袋
This box is also know as an お楽しみBOX, and you'll often see お楽しみBOX 開封, and there are many toy fukubukuro, おもちゃ 福袋. I hope you enjoy this Lucky Bag 2019 video! 福袋 2019! I can't wait for the next fukubukuro 2021 / 福袋 2021 !
