The plaintiff says while he was out of town, his stepdaughter had a party at his house, and she and her friends were drinking. He claims at some point during the party, the defendant took out his ATV and damaged it, so he’s suing for the cost of the repairs. The defendant insists the plaintiff is trying to nickel-and-dime him for a bike that’s not even worth what he’s suing for. He admits to rolling the bike, and although he wasn’t sure if he’d damaged the ATV, he claims he already bought the new parts to fix it.
