She says after she confronted her former friend about smoking marijuana, the defendant got angry, blew up at her and moved out. She is suing her former roommate for unpaid rent and bills. The defendant claims she got an apartment with the plaintiff to help her out because the plaintiff already had an eviction on her credit report. She insists the plaintiff tried to dictate what could go on but went too far when she kicked down her door and assaulted her.
