This build was released as part of Hidden Palace's Project Deluge:
I've always admired the artstyle of the vehicles and cities featured in this game. Sadly, the physics aren't great, but I must say that it's still pretty fun smashing objects and cruising around.
This build is nearly a month before the final version and it's very close to completion, with the exception of a few misplaced power-ups and tokens during the missions. Oddly enough, aliens can be seen as drivers in the traffic and they are cut from the final version. Traffic vehicles sink into the ground when you hit them. Bonus missions appear to be completely broken and cannot be passed. You can't save your game progress, either. I managed to beat the main missions in order to check out free roam mode in all cities, but I haven't noticed any differences so far.
However, more camera modes can be used in this build - in the final game you only have two available, high and low camera. What's more interesting is that the intro in this game contains the full uncut police chase. It was likely cut because in fact, no police chase occurs in-game.
