This week on #TopBilling, we celebrate South African creativity, culture, entrepreneurship and the people turning their passions into something extraordinary.
Fez spends time with acclaimed designer Tina Ngxokolo, founder of the proudly South African fashion brand Imbola. Inspired by Xhosa heritage and reimagined through a contemporary lens, Imbola is helping bring traditionally inspired African fashion to a global audience. We join Tina and her brother, renowned designer Laduma Ngxokolo, as they celebrate their family's entrepreneurial journey at a relaxed family braai where tradition, style and togetherness come together in a beautiful expression of identity and culture.
We then visit Mana House, the remarkable home of Geordie and Debbie Osler. Built around more than 150 indigenous trees and nearly a decade in the making, this inspiring residence reflects the couple's belief that where you live should inspire how you live. The Oslers have created a home filled with craftsmanship, creativity and a deep connection to nature.
In KwaZulu-Natal, content creator Snikiwe "Sni" Mhlongo invites us to a well-deserved coastal escape together with her mother, actress Brenda Mhlongo, at the beautiful Sala Beach House.
Michael steps into the world of ballet as he joins Cape Town City Ballet principal dancers Kirstél Paterson and Leusson Muniz to explore Orpheus and the Underworld, a spectacular new production choreographed by Veronica Paeper. Inspired by Jacques Offenbach's comic operetta, this dazzling interpretation of the classic Greek myth combines humour, glamour, unforgettable music and extraordinary performances in a production that promises pure entertainment.
We also celebrate a major milestone with Grammy Award-winning artist Una Rams as friends and family gather for a special 30th birthday celebration organised by his wife, Ntando Duma. From singing in a Venda church choir to earning international recognition alongside Black Coffee, Una reflects on a journey defined by perseverance, creativity and purpose.
Finally, we meet artists Shaun Oakley, better known as DAMN VANDAL, and Mduduzi Tshabalala, known as Psalm1, who drew inspiration from the TOPS at SPAR KULCHA campaign to create striking vehicle wrap designs for the TOPS Win-a-Car competition.
From inspiring homes to fashion, music, art and world-class performance, this week's Top Billing is a celebration of South Africans shaping the future while staying connected to their roots.
