I run with GoPro cameras and occasionally other cameras too. In this video I'll share what I like about the X4 for running.

Other 360 cameras have always compromised too much on the video quality after reframing the footage. The X4 from Insta360 has made a big jump in resolution to 8K, meaning that reframed 360 footage from this camera coming in at around 2.7K looks much better than any other 360 consumer camera I have ever used.
