This Wanderer drives the Nissan Silvia (S15), called the Death Driver (S15CuDD).
Appears in the Kasumigasenki tunnel on the C1 Outer Loop after 2:00am. In the Japanese version of the game, the PS2 clock must be set between 2:00 to 4:00 (Japanese 24-hour time) for him to appear. In the US version, set the PS2 clock to the forementioned times and time format in order to increase the likelihood of him appearing.
