This Wanderer drives the Nissan 240Z/Fairlady Z (S30), found in Tokyo's C1 Outer Loop area. He appears every 5 days, or on days that are a multiple of 5.
The Rival sits on the side of the road by the southern-most part of the C1 Outer Loop with his hazard lights on. He usually waits for the racer to pass by before pulling out and initiating a battle. At the start of this video, however, he wasn't there. Instead, he drives on, forcing me to challenge him moments later.
Paul Suzuki was formerly named as Magazine Freak in the US version of Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero.
