Races with the NO LOSER Boss Team in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. The race location with the overall Team is in Osaka's Kanjou Upper Area.

All members of NO LOSER drive different Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution models with different camouflage designs.

Defeating the entire NO LOSER Team will show the Stage 1 Ending cutscene of Osaka. Quest Mode Stage 1 ending and Stage 2 Intro is also presented, as I approach to Stage 2 of Quest Mode (Keep Garage).
