Basically, the hero is turned into an ape and must rescue his girlfriend, that's pretty much it. But I play at the hardest difficulty level, as you can see from the dipswitch screen at the beginning of the video.

Sonic 1 Flash Flood is a hack by TheInvisibleSun, in which all the levels get completely flooded with water at random intervals of time; the opposite is also true, so Labyrinth Zone can be completely dry at times.
The goggles monitors are there to help with Sonics limited lungs, but since Im being my usual troll, I dont use any of them.
