Sonic 1 Flash Flood is a hack by TheInvisibleSun, in which all the levels get completely flooded with water at random intervals of time; the opposite is also true, so Labyrinth Zone can be completely dry at times.
The goggles monitors are there to help with Sonic's limited lungs, but since I'm being my usual troll, I don't use any of them.
