OnRe Founder Ayyan Rahman on building tokenized reinsurance on Solana:
"We take into account that we want to build certain risk parameters. So reserving on the premiums that we are generating as an underwriter to being able to make sure that we can create some level of a buffer.
And what I mean by that is that after a target rate is achieved, we want to be able to take some of that capital and be able to reserve it for first losses. So we will hit take on first losses directly as a reinsurance business."
