Manitoba RCMP say a one-year-old boy and his two-year-old brother drowned in Garden Hill Anisininew Nation on Wednesday. Anisininew Okimawin Grand Chief Alex McDougall says the northern Manitoba First Nation is devastated by the tragedy.
