Todd Kendhammer, is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of his wife Barbara on September 16, 2016 near West Salem. He has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Kendhammer states that a pipe fell off a truck, broke through the windshield and struck his wife. The prosecution claim evidence in the car and injuries on Barbara are not consistent with Kendhammer's version of events.
