"Today" provides a glimpse of what the intensity of a day for someone with depression might look like. A photo film, it utilizes pictures and sound to communicate emotions of strong anxiety, sadness, numbness, self-consciousness, and more, all emotions that characterize the mental disorder. The goal of this photo film is to bring more awareness to the symptoms of depression that manifest themselves inwardly, but may not be seen directly by others, especially if no one's paying attention.
