UPDATE: Unfortunately, this trick cannot be used to get a single lap under 3 seconds. However, it can be used 3 times for a fast 3lap time. Still slower than other versions, but only by a few seconds.

Improved the 0.98 to 0.92, then suddenly figured out a nice improvement for 0.69. Was able to save another .01 after that to get this.

I didnt even realize it was possible to go this fast. Theres still probably a few more frames that can come off by starting the lap lower, but not much more.

Tiny modifications to Weathertons 1.20 to save 0.01. Also remade the whole setup from power on instead of starting from savestate.
