I didn't even realize it was possible to go this fast. There's still probably a few more frames that can come off by starting the lap lower, but not much more.

Tiny modifications to Weathertons 1.20 to save 0.01. Also remade the whole setup from power on instead of starting from savestate.

Saved 0.01 with a better final jump and 0.01 because the timer is bad. The start of the lap is bad, but the rest seems pretty good.
