This month has been all about you P and im okay with that!
I focused entirely on Riku and Aqua for this one, their similiarties, their differences, their actions and their motivations.
Watching all Aqua scenes in KH3 boggles me, she spends years in the RoD and then when Sora slaps her silly and she wakes up on the beach, she is just okay. like she doesnt carry any truama whatsoever?? and when she is with the other characters with Yensid she accepts everyones apologies like as if the last decade of her life wasnt the most horrible thing ever? im astounded at that. I could never. Id carry that weight forever. So mad respect to Aqua.
respect to Riku as well who became besties with his past evil self lol I love it.
I went for a real dark/grunge aesthetic for this, inspired by your recent collab with Rain :)

Hi everyone
Upon my self-reflection, 2016 is a shit year for uploading on this channel. Honestly, literally less than 10 videos uploaded.
I have been editing in this year, honest to god! They are just all bloody MEP parts.
Studio hunting seems to be my favorite pastime. Not even kidding.
Anyways, this one took me awhile, I had started this video when I first heard the song sometime back in the void of 2015.
Just raping it on repeat trying hard to think of what kind of footage/story I wanted this to be. After becoming friends with the composer himself (which btw is so fucking awesome I try my best to not just fanboy all over him) I felt a sense of honor and in the back of my mind felt that I really needed to not half ass this for once in my life. Albeit, my ass is pretty big, so even if I half ass it, youre still gonna get something impressive
*ego gets so big that its as big as the moon*
*can affect womens menstrual cycles just by watching my videos*
Srs businz now;- sad mopey dopey shizz;- a lot of shit has been happening in my rl life, only close friends would know whats up, or if you added me on Facebook where I tend to forget the laws of privacy and just shout really loudly at a wall and people have to comment to get me to shut up cos theyre trying to sleep.
It was what I needed to bring out this raw dark emotion that I projected onto this video. I did the poem ages before I had decided what footage I was going to use - eventually I had decided on Final Fantasy VII because
1. Im gonna add my part to the hype train for the remake of FFVII.
2. Nothing says angsty emotional mope dope than Cloud thinking about his bromance with Zack
3. I secretly like Cloud. Although he is a sad angsty emotional mope dope with a big sword, stupid hair and dresses weird. - like nearly every single other FF character ever made.

I once again ruined my upload schedule - I always try to upload a full GMV per month but I uploaded 3 in August so that makes up for it right????
So funny story, I had actually finished this GMV in June, but I coudnt upload it due to it being blocked worldwide, I had uploaded it to my Facebook for my friends to watch but I wanted it on my Youtube so persistent stubborn me kept on trying hoping that WMG would change their policy and just monetize instead of blocking it. Low and Behold the odds are in my favor!
God the last time I edited a full FFX video was at least 5 years ago! FFX was the first FF game that I played so I will always have a connection with it - I was given it on Ps2 as a Xmas gift in 2003. At the time, my family on my dads side were staying with us while their house got repaired. I was completely absorbed into the game, it offered solace and comfort when I was uncomfortable being stuck in the same room with my parents for two weeks straight.

Although its not on New Zealand TV yet, only America -online websites are my best friend so I can watch it as it streams in USA. Lucifer is an amazing show, basically the devil got sick of hell so he decided to take a vacation in Los Angeles.
Im aware this video wont make much sense to those who havent seen it, so if the show does come on TV I highly recommend you watch it - if youre not hooked by the first episode, well idk go back to watching Vampire Diaries or something.
Inspiration hit me like no other on this video - although not at first, I had ideas but the original song I picked just wasnt going anywhere, til I heard this and I instantly got the rest of the inspiration smacking me in the face like a hot pancake.

Theres a little mini-story to this video
You are lying there on the bed, surrounding unfamiliar to you and you invision a woman caressing your head with a lovely smile, you feel warm and safe.
But when you open your eyes, a little girl with eyes glowing alien injects you with something causing pain and when you awake you are the little girl with the glowing alien eyes.
You hear her voice within this little girl - she talks of a way to get you out and you begin to feel like you can trust her..

I admit that I wasnt really trying to focus on any type of emotion except for that of fear - being alone and scared.
When you are afraid, any voice, no matter how strange or suspcious sounds like a friend, making you inclined to trust them. If Trust is considered an emotion, then I included that in this to.
The person within the little girl, trusted this older girl who promised to save them, and then when they finally met face to face... she took everything away.
Leaving the feeling of betrayal and Fear.
