Starlux Airlines A350-900 business class is really good. Never in my life have I found it more difficult to be critical of an international business class product than this.

It wasn't a totally perfect experience, but it was obvious that they were seeking total perfection. The seat (and the food) was excellent. My only complaint had to do with the proactivity of the cabin crew.

This is a full review of JX801 from Tokyo Narita (NRT) to Taipei (TPE). Total flying time was 3 hours and 24 minutes, my seat number was 7K, and the aircraft registration was B-58502.
