It's funny when this page was supposed to be a stunning portrait of cat and you're staring at a bunch of whimsical hollyhock-ish flowers.

But that's the way artistic explorations and journeys go...these flowers came to be ONLY because I attempted to paint a cat and failed at it. They are a result of my frustration and determination.

And I figured out that acrylic inks work really well as a layering agent over watercolors. I hope you'll laugh alongside me as a you go on this mad adventure.
