Mansi Makes | Let's Make a Reversible Zine: Signups Now Open @MansiMakes | Uploaded August 2021 | Updated October 2024, 12 hours ago.
I am excited to share my mixed media technique to make a reversible zine. This is a live class on Facebook August 23 at 10 a.m. Pacific, limited to 40 attendees and you get a discount if you sign up by August 17: fb.me/e/AjjRDQeH.
If you are unable to make the live class, but you have paid for access to the event, you will be able to access it later at your own convenience.
I will likely be using the following:
Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper
Water sprayer/mister
Finger sponge daubers
Bone Folder
Ruler
Scissors
Black archival ink
Water-based inks
Gel Plate
Brayer
Water-soluble colored pencils/crayons
Stencils
Pastels
Texture Pastes
Embellishment Mousse
Acrylic paints
Black and White Markers/Gel Pens
You can use heavy mixed media paper, acrylic paints, inks, watercolors, gel plate, stamps, dies, collage material, texture pastes, paintbrushes, crayons, pencils, pastels…pretty much whatever you have in your stash. If you have questions about substitutes, just leave me a comment and I'll help you out.
