Mansi Makes | The Artist's Way Episode 1: Core Values @MansiMakes | Uploaded May 2021 | Updated October 2024, 15 hours ago.
I am taking a 21-day workshop with @aworkofheart (aworkofheart.wordpress.com/2021/05/12/write-play-walk/) and will be sharing my creative interpretation of her daily prompts in this series. The workshop is based on The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron (amzn.to/3yztbzw).
The prompt for this journal spread was: Core Values. I did an assessment online (lots of tools available if you search for Core Values Assessment on Google) and listed out all the words that I felt aligned with.
I cannot stress enough the importance of not thinking during this art practice. The more you're able to let go, the more satisfying your journey will be (regardless of the outcome). I encourage you to just lean into your intuition and create with your heart. Your hands will follow.
If you have any questions about my art philosophy or just want to connect with me, drop me a comment here or email me by visiting mansimakes.com
