Here's a nice arrangement of a Dylan song recently appropriated by Adele. It's a mostly easy arrangement that I stole from the video linked below. But these slow, easy arrangements can be troublesome to perform. The flaws and mistakes are just more noticeable and annoying. I'm sure you noticed them, if you listened to more than 10 seconds of the video. I had the same trouble with Varfolomeev's arrangement of "Fields of Gold". And of course the tempo is too fast . . as usual. But, again, the videos are just advertisements for the arrangement and the tab not a demonstration of proper performance. But you knew that.
