Ok, I know for a fact that you think that to achieve

💃a sculpted, elegant body
🤸femininity and authority
💕 being fearless and magnetic

It means you have to do the boring stuff like:

🥱Repetitive uninspiring workouts
🥺Sacrifice the joys of food
😿Cooking chicken and Broccoli 🥦
🤦‍♀️Act like someone you are not

But this is NOT how I roll!

💃Dancing to me is more than a workout, it lifts my spirit, that’s why everyone should start the day with a boogie.

🍑Food is fun and it means life! Cooking heathy and nutritious meals is an experience, a meditation, while learning new tastes and create in the kitchen like a kid.

🐞 When you step into a new version of yourself it can be scary, but this doesn’t mean you are becoming someone you are not. You are still you, but people around you will perceive a different aura around you. Inspiring and powerful.

So if you think that Boring is in fact…boring, maybe it’s time for you to change radio station and rock…actually ballet & roll with me!
