There was a time when I was the “yes girl.”
The one who didn’t stand up for herself.
The one who followed the rules perfectly.
The one who tried to make everyone happy.
I was afraid to say the wrong thing.
Afraid to do the wrong thing.
Afraid people were watching and thinking:
“Don’t make a fool of yourself.”
“What will they think of you?”
So I tried to become the perfect woman.
Elegant.
Composed.
Kind.
Always playing by the rules.
And don’t get me wrong,
I deeply believe in respect.
I treat others the way I want to be treated,
and I respect myself the same way.
But somewhere along the way I realised something:
By always saying yes to things that didn’t feel aligned…
I was slowly making myself miserable.
I was blending in.
Wearing certain things.
Acting a certain way.
Trying not to stand out.
But that also meant not being unapologetically myself.
Because inside me there is also a woman who is:
Crazy.
Colourful.
Over the top.
And for years I kept her hidden.
But the truth is…
I am both.
💃 The elegant and the colourful.
🎉 The calm soul and the cheerleader.
🤣 The kind one and the slightly crazy one.
So I asked myself one question:
⭐️👉What if today was my last day?👈⭐️
Would I be happy?
Would I have lived fully…
or would I have spent my life afraid of judgment?
Life is too short to live inside other people’s expectations.
Too short not to have fun.
Too short not to dance like a maniac in the middle of an aisle.
So if one day you feel like flash-dancing your way through life…
I’ll be cheering for you.
And if you’re ready to stop holding back and start moving with confidence, grace and a little bit of madness…
My online programs are waiting for the courageous version of you.
