Lysenko's new USSR is basically TNO Omsk and Red Flood One State combined. The new Union, under the command of cyborg Lysenko, has been transformed into a war machine crafted not just for the destruction of the Reich, but to purge the entire planet of those who are deemed unfit for survival and "upgrading" the ones chosen to lead the new cyborg human race.
