Gleb Bokii (Revsoc Shaman Empire guy from RF's Altay) survives in TNO's timeline and retreated to Mongolia and ended up in the People's Revolutionary Council. He continued with his esoteric studies while gradually gained power within the PRC through preaching his "Spiritual Communism".

By the time PRC united Russia, Bokii was popular enough to march onto the capital and seize power for himself. With the new Soviet Union under his control, Bokii launched a full out invasion of Central Asia and India, then continued on to retake West Russia from the weak German Reich.
