The TV title has been dropped by TNA
Jeff Jarrett will not be returning to TNA any point in the near future, basically meaning at least the rest of the year.
Matt Morgan and Mr. Anderson are both expecting kids, Mr. Anderson will be actually having twins with his wife in January 2014, no word on date for Morgan's wife...this may also be why Morgan asked for his release.
