For the second piece of the evening Krishna sang a viruttham by Sri Narayana Guru called "Valudum Cherudum" accompanied by Akkarai Subhalakshmi on the violin. This segued into a Shiva Thandavam composed by Vidhwan Vikku Vinayakram and sung by his grandson Swaminathan Selvaganesh and backed by Vikku Vinayakram's ghatam and Praveen Sparsh's mridangam.
