TKA is a Latin Freestyle/Dance-pop trio hailing from New York City. The name TKA comes from the initials of the three original members - Tony Ortiz, Louis “Kayel” Sharpe, and Angel “Love” Vasquez. Considered by many to be the “Kings of Freestyle”, the group got their start in an East Harlem church in the early 1980s. From that church, they would go on to become one of the most prominent Freestyle acts of the 80s and 90s, with hits like One Way Love,” “Scars Of Love,” “Tears May Fall” and “Come Get My Love” and "Maria".

About Above The Law
The West Coast hip-hop group from Pomona, California, Above the Law, formed in 1989 to create one of the most era-defining groups in rap music. Members included Cold 187um, KMG the Illustrator, Go Mack, and DJ Total K-Oss. In the early days of their career, they became closely associated with N.W.A. and the rise of gangsta rap. An early signing to Eazy-E’s Ruthless Records, they helped pioneer the G-funk sound before it became mainstream. On Tommy Boy Records, the group released their 1996 record Time Will Reveal featuring “Endonesia”, “100 Spokes”, and “City of Angels,” and Legends album in 1998 with “Adventure Of…”
