This is the instrumental of Titular (Stick-Mix), from the FNF: The Stick-Mix Collection V-Slice playable character mod for the base game. I like how this instrumental feels a lot like the heavy, trooper-sounding OST's from Completing the Mission, and I love that instead of the Megalovania reference after the Toppat Clan Theme section, there's actually a reference to the "Diversion" successful choice from Triple Threat; a nice nostalgic reference that brang me back to the 2020 days.
I like to think that the opponent Henry had just completed the "Badass Bust-Out" route from Escaping the Prison (as evident by the police car that he used to drive away from the West Mesa Penitentiary prison being in the background), while player Henry had already experienced Completed the Mission by this point, presumably through the Triple Threat or Pardoned Pals endings, since Henry is on good terms with both Charles & Ellie.
