A rendition of the title theme from its official counterpart with some creative liberties, I suppose. No, it doesn't take cues from Mortal Kombat/Techno Syndrome. A little similar, maybe, but not intentional.
I'll be ripping this whole game's soundtrack as frankly most uploads on here are quite garbage in quality. If I recall, for this track specifically, towave just did not like extracting the PCM channel, so I had to open this in VGMPlay and record it from there in Audacity. The things I have to do to upload this stuff...
