Those damn slopes... Erm, anyways, it's an arrangement of Bowser's Theme from the Super Mario All-Stars version of SMB1. Once again, with plenty more key changes. Why not?

I guess the theme sort of fits for the final boss, but it's still a strange choice. Good luck beating K. Rool. You'll need to exploit the collision to do so.
