Ah, that Mario Underground hip hop beat you all know too well (especially if you've seen some of my content with it, lol). Well, I'm guessing you probably know of it through how many times it's been reposted on the internet. Or through Mario be Playin' T-Dub.

One thing of note here though is that this instrumental seems to be shorter than others uploaded here (granted most other ones are shit quality and sped up a little). The only other quality upload of this was made this in 2020 for SMB's 35th Anniversary. So, I dont know how well my audience is aware of this, but theres this Motorola phone out there that has MIDIs for ringtones, including a very funny blatant knockoff of Fever from Dr. Mario (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7vtfF52nKI) (was even referenced in a SiIvaGunner rip, even).
However, that wasnt the only form of audio plagiarism present on this device, as this ringtone was also included with that phone, being just a straight port of the Title BGM from Ice Climber. No changes to the melody or anything.
I guess they assumed Ice Climber wasnt going to be recognized but Dr. Mario would be? Who knows.

As with the games ending theme, I figured Id make a non-desyncing version of this track as well. Not sure why anyone would want that as it sounds like ass anyway but its the little things, yknow? At least your ears wont hate you as much with this.
I promised on Bluesky that Id rip some VGMs for these tracks. I dont have a .vgm that contains this fixed mockup (I looped things as best I could in Audacity) as I feel thats beyond the scope of why I bother archiving these, but whats here should suffice. Heres the link to those:
